Debadatta Das is working as a Resource Associate at IIM Bangalore and previously worked as an Academic Associate at ISB, Hyderabad campus. He has more than 10 years of Corporate and 8 years of academic experience. He is a well-known expert in the domain of finance. He has also worked at the Agriculture Department of the Government of Odisha as Financial Administrator. He has presented many papers at international conferences and conducted workshops in many Business Schools. He has delivered corporate training in finance for many SMEs and his training in financial spreadsheet modeling has enhanced the learning experience of thousands of his students over the past six years. Valuation is another area of his passion. At present, he is working on the thesis “An evaluation of corporate valuation models: Survey and Synthesis”.

Debadatta is a member of the Association of Mutual Funds of India (AMFI) since 2006 and worked extensively with BSE and NSE. Recently he consulted a research project of NSE “An in-depth study on grievance redressal process in the National Stock Exchange” 

Debadatta is an entrepreneur and startup consultant. He is the founder and director of ‘Biswa Future Securities Pvt. Ltd. which is a financial service organization. He also owned the franchise of ‘Sangini Diamond’ and the store located at Bhubaneswar. In 2015, he started a restaurant at Koramangala which was funded by Indiabulls Finance. He is the founder and trustee of ‘Das Educational Trust’, which impart educational services and guidance to unprivileged students. He has done his Ph.D. in Management, AACP (ISB), M.Phil. (Management), M. Com, MBA (Finance), IFRS (KPMG), AMFI, NCFM, and BCDE.

Krishnamurthy is presently working as a Research Associate, at Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (CCAF) and previously he was an academic associate at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), India. Prior to this, he worked as a business research analyst with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and assistant professor at a Government College, in Karnataka. His research interest lies in the areas of small and medium enterprises (SME) financing, new and alternative financing models for startups and SMEs, and regulatory framework. He has done his Ph.D. in Commerce and was a visiting fellow (Pavate) at the Cambridge Judge Business School.

Madhushree Rathi is a Chartered Accountant and has experience of 12 years. She has been in diverse roles from auditing to consultation to teaching. She is a qualified Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management and Information System Audit from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Institute She has also qualified professional exam on Insolvency from the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. She has experience in internal audits, tax audits and returns. She had been a faculty at NIIT teaching the diploma in business management courses. She had been a visiting faculty in Dayanand Sagar college. Currently, she has been working at IIM Bangalore as a Pedagogical Research Associate since last 6 years
