Dr. Debadatta Das
InstructorDebadatta Das is an Assistant Professor in the Finance and Accounting area at K L University, India. His research and teaching interests include Corporate Valuation, Climate Finance, Blockchain Accounting, and Financial Technology. He served as the Financial Administrator for the WORLP project of the Government of Odisha, a £32.75 million grant from DFID, UK. He was also a resource associate for the Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship Program under IIM Bangalore. Debadatta has presented numerous papers at international conferences and conducted workshops at various business schools. He has been a member of the Association of Mutual Funds of India (AMFI) since 2006 and has worked extensively with the BSE and NSE. Recently, he consulted on an NSE research project titled “An In-depth Study on Grievance Redressal Process in the National Stock Exchange.” As an entrepreneur and startup consultant, he founded and serves as the director of Biswa Future Securities Pvt. Ltd., a financial services organization. He is also the founder and trustee of the Das Educational Trust, which provides educational services and guidance to underprivileged students. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Mysore University, an AACP from ISB Hyderabad, an M.Com, an MBA in Finance, IFRS certification from KPMG, and FMV certification from EY.
